These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through this online shop in accordance with French consumer law (Code de la consommation).
Products available for purchase include event passes and merchandise related to the Ingress Paris Anomaly 2026. Prices are displayed in euros. As a non-profit association with non-commercial activity, sales are not subject to VAT. Prices may be updated at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of validation.
Orders are placed through the online shop. You must provide accurate and complete information. An order is confirmed once payment is validated and you receive a confirmation email. The association reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or payment failure.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are secured (see our Secure Payment page).
Orders are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout. Shipping is arranged and dispatched by the association. Available destinations, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout, based on the address you enter (see our Delivery and returns page).
Some items may be offered for pick-up on location instead of delivery; this is stated on the product page, and no shipping option is offered at checkout for such orders.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give any reason (Article L221-18, Code de la consommation). Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, at your expense.
Two statutory exceptions apply (Article L221-28): the right of withdrawal does not apply to event passes and tickets for leisure activities scheduled on a specific date, nor to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — which covers items ordered with a personalisation field filled in.

The association's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including event cancellations imposed by public authorities.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. You may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
